1. General information

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out rules for processing of personal data obtained via the website www.dreambinger.com (hereinafter: the Website).
  2. The administrator of Personal Data is Łukasz Jastrzębowski Dreambinger 3D Modeling and Printing with its registered office in Dębnica Kaszubska at ul. Sosnowa 37 (hereinafter referred to as: the Company).
  3. The Personal Data Administrator declares that personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR).

2. Information you provide to us

  1. Personal data of customers are collected for:
    • Handling the quote form sent in order to make a quote for the negotiated service.
  2. The following personal data of the Customer will be processed:
    • First and last name,
    • contact person details,
    • e-mail address,
    • business address,
    • phone number,
    • tax identification number (TIN).

3. Categories of collected personal data

  1. We process your personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, including:
    • allowing the provision of electronic services,
    • providing transaction support and solving technical problems,
    • handling complaints,
    • handling contact requests, contacting you, including for purposes related to the provision of services,
    • ensuring the security of the services we provide you electronically, including enforcing compliance with the Company’s internal rules,
    • handling your requests submitted in particular to the user service department and via the contact form in a situation where they are not directly related to the performance of the contract,
    • debt collection; conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings,
    • conducting statistical analyses,
    • storing data for archival purposes, and ensuring accountability (showing compliance with our obligations under the law).
  2. The law requires the processing of your data for tax and accounting purposes.
  3. The company collects information about your interactions with the content and services offered on the Site, including: device and login information, so-called system logs, containing the date, time of the visit and the IP number of the device from which the connection was made and traffic to and from individual pages. The above actions are aimed at adapting the Website to your activities. The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific persons using the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the Customer.

4. Third parties

  1. The Customer’s personal data is transferred to service providers that the Company uses to run the Website. Service providers to whom personal data are transferred, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, are either treated as Processing Entities or as independent administrators.
  2. Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data, approved by the European Commission.

5. Your rights

  1. We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete your data, limit their processing, the right to transfer them, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
  2. You can exercise these rights when:
    • regarding the request to rectify data: you will notice that your data is incorrect or incomplete,
    • regarding the request to delete data: your data will no longer be necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by the Company, you will withdraw your consent to data processing, you will object to the processing of your data, your data will be processed unlawfully or when the data should be deleted in order to fulfill the obligation resulting from the law or the data was collected in connection with the provision of electronic services offered to the child,
    • regarding the request to limit data processing: you will notice that your data is incorrect – you can request the restriction of the processing of your data for a period allowing us to check the correctness of this data; your data will be processed unlawfully, but you will not want it to be deleted; We will no longer need your data, but you may need it to defend or pursue claims; or you object to data processing – until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on our part override the grounds for objection,
    • regarding the request to transfer data: the processing of your data takes place on the basis of your consent or a contract concluded with you and this processing takes place automatically.
  3. You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by us to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

6. Data retention

  1. The company stores personal data of customers only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. After this time, the data is deleted or anonymized in such a way that it is not possible to determine the identity of the Customer.
  2. The company has the right to store data until there is an obligation resulting from the law or it is necessary to defend or pursue claims against customers by the company.

7. Profiling

  1. Your personal information will be processed in an automated form (it includes user profiling), however, it will not cause any legal consequences to you or have a similar effect on your situation. The Data Collector can conduct profiling (including automated profiling) based on your personal information in order to analyze it and send you promotional messages, advertising, marketing and other information that we think may be of interest to you.
